Network Facilitator
PlanNET is a family based organisation created to build and maintain circles of friendship around people with a disability or health issue. Each circle (or network) has its own facilitator, whose job is to seek out those connections, based on the person's gifts, abilities and interests, providing opportunity for intentional relationships.
Our membership is expanding and we are currently seeking to employ a facilitator for several new networks. The person we are looking for will be someone pretty special, one who believes in the power of good relationships to help build a good life. They would be someone with their own community connections, one who thinks laterally to find solutions, and one who can see the cup as half full because they focus on ability, not disability. It is a part-time position, with flexible hours beginning at 5 hours per month, possibly up to 20 hours per month, including weekend and after hours work.
