PlanNET is a not-for-profit, non-government organisation founded, directed, and monitored by families for families that have a member with a disability.

Educational Events and Workshops

PlanNET offers educational events and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in regard to belonging, community, and social inclusion. Using our connections with national and international disability sector leaders, when opportunities arise for them to share their knowledge and expertise, PlanNET will host events or workshops for our clients.

Planning & Networks underpin the work we do. We believe that having a Life Plan, with identified goals and strategies is vital to building a successful Network of Support and gives the person with disability the best chance of having the life that they want – their version of a good life.

Peer Mentoring

PlanNET acknowledges the value of lived experience and on request, will connect participants with others who may be able to offer support by sharing their experiences.

Social Gatherings

PlanNET will enable families to informally connect with other people with disability and their families in a social setting.
